1) How do I order?
To order, click
on the "Add to Cart" button which is located below the BB cream that you wish to
order.
Once you are done, click "View Cart" which is located at the top
middle of the homepage. From there, you can "Checkout" and make payment via
PayPal. This is applicable to all customers that wish to pay by PayPal or credit
card.
(But If you are from Australia and wish to pay by bank transfer, you will need
to email us your order to sales @ bbcreamkorea.com instead. We will reply you
immediately with details for you to make payment)
2) How can I pay?
We accept payment via PayPal. Credit card payments are
also accepted through PayPal.
(If you have no PayPal account but you have credit card, you can also checkout
using PayPal as PayPal does not require you to have an account to make credit
card payments). We are PayPal verified.
If you are from Australia, we can accept local bank transfer.
If you are from other countries and do not have PayPal, we can accept Western
Union or cash by airmail (cash by airmail is not preferred due to the risk so it
is best to try to pay by PayPal).
3) What is the shipping time?
Shipping time
is usually around 1-2 weeks. We ship via Korea Post International. Registered
tracking is available at an optional fee of $5 which is recommended.
4) Is it safe to order here?
Yes, it is 100%
safe. We are PayPal Australia verified and all orders made here are protected by
PayPal Australia. We have been supplying BB cream worldwide since 2008. You can

5) Do you offer other brands like Hanskin, Skinfood or
Missha?
Yes, we offer
Hanskin BB cream including Hanskin Premium Super Magic BB. It will be listed on
our homepage very soon. If you wish to order it now, just email us at sales @
bbcreamkorea.com. As for Skinfood and Missha, sorry but we do not offer it at
the moment.
6) Can you offer me any specials or free gifts?
Yes, depending
on your order amount, we might add some very special free gifts for you such as
a mini BB cream or Korean skin care masks.
